Terms of delivery & returns

EU countries – Free shipping for orders starting from 30EUR.

Orders below 30EUR Shipping fee: Internationally 12EUR, Locally Estonia 4EUR or FREE pick up from MERÏKH studio, Veerenni 24C-401, 10135, Tallinn, Estonia.

Your order will be sent by Omniva Standard delivery from Monday through Friday, delivery time depends on the destination country, usually between 3-10 business days (please calculate with some extra days during holiday seasons). The orders are usually sent on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, if public holidays the orders will be processed the following business day. We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes but delays can occur.

A tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail when your order is shipped, you can track your order on: www.omniva.ee/eng.

Import/Duty fees in non-EU countries
If applicable Customs-/Duty fee, this is not included and is paid to the customs.

Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges & Returns can be done within 7 days if the item does not satisfy the client, however all shipping costs & bank costs are on behalf of the client, and will be reduced from the total refundable amount. The product has to be un-used and the original packaging has not been damaged.
No return, changes or guarantee on SALE and OUTLET items.

If the return or exchange is due to Quality issues, this needs to be informed within 7 days from the day it occurred. Kindly also attach photos and information of the quality issue, so we can give you instructions how to proceed.

If you would receive an Incorrect item that was not the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days, so we can help you to send back the incorrect item and re-send the correct item.
